Unfortunately, 2012 has started with a glitch. I got very sick in India and I’ve had to cancel some Qua gigs. I’m now on the mend but it means I won’t be finishing my album until June …. because:

Next week, I’ll be starting on a feature film score that will take over the next few months! Exciting! Details on the film soon.

3 reasons why I’ve been quiet…

My Daughter Hazel was born in August (and she’s the best!)
Writing new music. The new album is almost complete
building an analogue video synth to generate live visuals for new songs. No computer in sight for my new live video show.

Also, thanks to Jeremy Dower for the amazing illustration I’m currently using as a wallpaper.

What could be better than some quality couch time on a Sunday night in front of some David Attenborough or Carl Sagan documentaries? How about swapping the couch for the Workers Club and having some of Melbourne’s best spaced out bands providing a live soundtrack to the action on the big screen!

Supernaturalist is happening as part of the Workers Club Summer Series on Sunday the 20th of February and the soundtrack will be provided by Qua, AOI, Angel Eyes and Ev & Shags. Journey from the bottom of the ocean to the edge of the cosmos and get home in time for bed cause it’s an early show, doors are at 5pm.

The Workers kitchen will be open and there will be beanbags, so get down early to snag one!
